Yulia Brodskaya, is a Russian paper artist and illustrator. She uses simple materials like paper, scissors, and glue and turns them into something mesmerizing and out-of-the-world creations. She started working as a graphic designer and illustrator in 2006, however, she left her job to follow her heart, her passion for paper art: “Paper always held a special fascination for me. I’ve tried many different methods and techniques of working with it until I found the way that has turned out to be ‘the one’ for me: now I draw with paper instead of on it”.

What's Diwali for you? I know that every festival in our country carries deep sentimental value, and we each have our own unique perspective on them. For me, Diwali is more than just a celebration. It fills me with joy to be there for people who need support during this phase of their lives, when they often rely on others. This time of year brings us all a little closer, year after year.
