On my last trip to my parents' place, I gifted my mom a kurti set similar to mine, but in a different color. Since we were twinning, I thought it would be fun to get some pictures taken. While posing for the camera, we looked into each other's eyes, smiling continuously, until we couldn’t hold it in anymore and burst into laughter. We laughed together until our stomachs started to hurt. Some of these shots turned out candid, and they’re etched in my memory because it had been so long since my mom and I laughed like that together. Here are some glimpses of how the mosaic wall sconce has brought festive glam to my home. Sticking the mirrors was quite a painstaking process, but the final outcome made it all worthwhile.
